In this episode of Unboxed, Brian gives us a closer look at the new Jordan 1. Featuring the color blocked aesthetic that was made famous by the "Bred", the Jordan 1 Crimson Tint is painted in a light pink and stealthy black color scheme that’s reminiscent of the exclusive Art Basel release of 2017. Crafted from premium tumbled leather, an Air infused midsole is present for added comfort with every step, completing what is one of cleanest AJ1 colorways to drop since the beginning of time.
Now I know what you guys are thinking these look a lot like the “Not For Resale” 1’s that released last year and you guys are correct. This is pretty much the Not For Resale 2.0 's but the main differences being from the OG and this new pair dropping 30th is the color blocking scheme.
So instead of the original black swoosh we now have a red one and on the outsole instead of red, we have black. Now diving into the materials of the Gym Red, we have a glossed out black leather as well as a plush leather toe box and side panels. A sail colored midsole and a glossed out Jordan wings logo to finish out the silhouette. Overall, pretty much the exact same thing but just with a few minor tweaks and for those that missed out on copying the Not For Resale last year, now is the perfect opportunity for you guys to grab a pair without having to shell out the Not For Resale kind of cash just to get it.
Jordan Brand is blessing us with a very clean shoe to end the month of June. Something that is simple, versatile and pretty much you can wear with anything in your closet.
The Air Jordan 8 was the first Jordan model that did not sport any Nike logos. Why? Tinker believed that the brand held enough on its own that it had no longer need backing from the Swoosh. The 8 became an icon after Jordan's third championship run defeating the Phoenix Suns, led by Charles Barkley. It has become a staple in every sneakerheads rotation ever since.
The materials of the ROC 8’s, this is an iteration of the Bugs Bunny 8’s, which he wore during his championship run back in 93. But instead of using the traditional white leather, they have completely covered this shoe in 3M, which is basically saying that this shoe will crease like crazy. If you ever get a chance to take any pictures, this shoe will shine, literally!
There's Air Jordan branding on the straps towards the back heel of the shoe as well as the signature 23 in the middle. The midsole it is a combination of the traditional graffiti paint. Towards the back heel and the midsole, is a combination of red paint as well as silver glitter paint. To finish off the silhouette we have a tricolor Jumpman logo on the tongue with the barrace sock liner and a Jordan eight would not be a Jordan 8 without the traditional Kanye neck fat on the back.

The shoe that started it all is highly regarded in footwear folklore, and this iteration took inspiration from an OG Black and White colorway but twisted it for a women’s silhouette. The upper blends leather and synthetic hair that’ll make you look twice. An elevated wings logo and metal aglets add a touch of an embellishment to the classic design.
For those that don't know or have been living under a rock for like the past thirty plus years, Ray Allen is arguably one of the greatest shooting guards in NBA history. Drafted in 1996, a part of the legendary drag class that included Kobe Bryant, Allen Iverson and Steve Nash, Ray Allen was selected number five overall by the Minnesota Timberwolves. However, on the draft night, he was traded to the Bucks.
The materials of the shoe, instead of a OG tumbled leather like the original pair, has been replaced by nubuck that wraps around
the entirety of the shoe. Instead of the original black outsole, it has been replaced by a green tinted outsole with shades of fierce purple. Moving over to the collar, it has been replaced by a fierce purple Jumpman instead of the original white. Maybe the most notable thing that is missing is the trademark 34 jersey number, which was located on the collar.
The Jordan 7 would not be a true Jordan 7 without the trademark 23 shield on the back. The dopest thing about this shoe that ties everything together is the Ray Allen signature and graphic on the midsole.
Jordan Brand & Nike Sb are back at it again with another collab for the skaters. Representing two cities with completely different styles when it comes to skating, the two major brands roll out a similar blueprint for this Jordan 1 that was used back in 2014. We all remember the Lance mountain pack; essentially destroying your pair brought out a different color way on each shoe. Here we are today with the same concept!
Fresh out of the box this color way pays homage to NYC with light grey hits accented by a black swoosh. Once you start adding some wear & tear you’ll see the vibrancy of Paris start to peak through with crimson hues & light pink around the toe & heel.

Concepting for the Air Presto began in 1996, but the shoe finally became a reality in 2000 after the team landed on the ideal upper material. The React Presto updates the iconic silhouette with React technology, making it the most comfortable Presto yet. "Breezy Thursday” takes inspiration from sunny days at the beach and features beachball-esque accents for a go-to summer staple.
The Iverson Legacy brings a fresh, new take to Allen Iverson’s signature line. It is a mash-up of key elements from his iconic Answer footwear series. A white and athletic blue all-leather upper with a red stripe dividing the side panel is featured in this version, along with the iconic l3 branding towards the back and running up the heel pull tab along with a hit of Reebok branding that also appears on the side panel and eyelets.
This is the shoe we all crave to have in our sneaker collection. Made famous when MJ hit the winning shot back in the 1989 NBA Playoffs against the Cleveland Cavaliers, this 2019 version is literally a one-to-one take of the 1989 OG.
Doused in a stealthy black base with ‘Cement Grey’ and ‘Fire Red’ accents, this Jumpman shoe is crafted from a premium combination of nubuck and mesh. Set to arrive in the original box, this retro re-release will also feature the original hangtag and Jordan “Flight” branding on the tongue tab. Best of all, it also boasts the all-important “NIKE AIR” heel tab branding that was missing in previous re-releases.
There is no doubt that the Air Jordan 4 'Bred' is a modern classic that deserves a spot in your rotation.
